Our recruitment process follows through a comprehensive detailed interview process that is then followed through with staff training of the selected suitable staff who are then placed under the wing of management who further develop and mentor staff in their care role.

Applications for advertised roles are made online or through the referral option, this is followed through with a telephone interview and thereafter a face-to-face interview. Selected candidates are then taken through the training and induction process and are further assessed after their training to determine the understanding of the principles and duties prescriptive to the role of care within the community.
